We design pages to be read with a keyboard, on small and large screens, and with reduced motion when the device requests it. We test contrast, navigation and the readability of long passages.

That effort is ongoing, not a claim that every combination of assistive technology and device has been tested. If a page, illustration, motion effect or reading control creates a barrier, tell us the page and your preferred way to receive the information. We will review the issue and available alternatives.

The site has been tested for keyboard navigation, responsive layout, contrast and reduced-motion behavior, but full screen-reader, WebKit/Safari and iOS device qualification has not been completed. We do not claim independently certified full WCAG conformance.
